A Fredericton woman has gone missing, police report, and it’s hoped members of the public can help with the effort to find her and bring her home safe.
The Fredericton Police Force issued an advisory through social media Thursday afternoon stating that Amanda Dawn Melanson, 33, of Fredericton, had been reported as missing.
“Police and family have made several attempts to locate her without success and there are concerns for her well-being,” the police force said.
Melanson is described as being about 5’2” tall, weighing about 100 pounds, with light-brown hair and blue eyes. She has a tattoo of three shooting stars on her upper left eyebrow.
Anyone who’s been in contact with Melanson, who knows of her whereabouts or otherwise has any relevant information is urged to call the Fredericton Police Force at 506-460-2300.
