Vancouver Police are asking for assistance to locate 74-year-old Virginia Rosal, who went missing in East Vancouver early this morning.
Ms. Rosal was last seen at a residence near Kingsway and Glen Drive, in the Kensington-Cedar Cottage area. It’s believed she left the home on foot sometime between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Ms. Rosal has dementia and speaks a Filipino dialect called Illonggo, but does not speak English.
She is 4’10” with a medium build, and has short and curly greying hair. She was last seen wearing a black toque, a green three-quarter-length jacket, black pants, and running shoes.
Anyone who finds Virginia Rosal asked to call 9-1-1 and stay with her until first responders arrive.
