Saanich police are seeking public help in the search for a missing pregnant woman who hasn’t been seen in several days.
Stephanie, 35, was last seen around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, when she left her home in the 200-block of Regina Avenue in Saanich, according to police.
In a news release late Saturday, police say Stephanie is 37 weeks pregnant and that officers “are also concerned about the welfare of the unborn child.”
They say Stephanie is Indigenous, standing at 5’4″ with brown eyes and long, dark brown hair, last seen braided into two pigtails.
She was wearing a black coat with something purple underneath, black pants with grey shin-high socks pulled over top, black and white sneakers, a black backpack with a red Naloxone kit hanging from it, and an off-white satchel-style bag.
Anyone who may have seen Stephanie or knows her whereabouts is asked to contact the Saanich Police Department at 250-475-4321.
