Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Andrew Forest who is missing from a Dartmouth hospital.
Andrew has a shaved head and a slender build. He stands 5’7” and weighs 141 lbs. He is usually dressed in layers, hoodies, sweats, and white sneakers.
The patient’s risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.
Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
