Saanich police say they’re concerned for the health and well-being of a missing 64-year-old man who has dementia and medical needs.
Christian, a Caucasian man who stands 5’6″ tall, was reported missing on Saturday, Nov. 23, according to police in a news release Sunday morning.
“Police are concerned for Christian’s health and well-being as he has medical needs and suffers from dementia,” reads the release.
“Christian is believed to be on foot, and is known to frequent Saanich and Esquimalt, including the Lochside Trail.”
Police say they’re not revealing Christian’s last name to protect his privacy.
The missing man has blue eyes, shaggy brown hair and a grey goatee beard. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, white sneakers, a black backpack, a baseball cap and a beige Broncos football team jacket with orange stripes down the arms.
Anyone with information about Christian’s whereabouts is asked to call Saanich Police at 250-475-4321, quoting file #24-22074.
Those who see him are asked to stay with him or keep him in sight and call 911.
