Missing man Brandon Tucker, who was last seen departing his Gander home on foot on the morning of July 8, 2022, has been located deceased.
His remains were found in a wooded area between Gander Lake and the Trans Canada Highway. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner was engaged and confirmed the remains were Brandon Tucker. Foul play is not suspected.
The RCMP and Missing People Canada extends deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 29-year-old Gander man.
Brandon Tucker was last seen at 8:00 a.m. Friday in the town. He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 240 pounds, with a brown beard and hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark coloured t-shirt, black jeans, and black and white runners.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Brandon Tucker are asked to contact Gander RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
