The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old female, Lena STARR.
STARR was reported missing on Friday, December 29th, 2023 and she was last seen in the area of River Ave. and Osborne St., Winnipeg, Manitoba.
STARR is described as 5’3” in height, slim build, with medium length straight brown hair and brown eyes.
STARR was last seen wearing a black parka with white fur trim, black pants, black shoes and black framed eye glasses.
