Request Assistance: Missing 8 Year-Old Joy LATHLIN
The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 8 year-old Joy LATHLIN. LATHLIN was last seen on April 26th, 2025 at approximately 12:00 am in the 300 block of Angus Street.
LATHLIN is described as: female, 4 feet tall, weighing 60-80 lbs, with long black hair, dark eyes and possibly wearing pajamas.
There is no evidence to believe LATHLIN has come to harm, however, they are considered vulnerable due to age and police would like to locate them to ensure their safety.
