Missing Woman in Saint John, New Brunswick – Kelsey Gillies, 21

The Saint John Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult.

It is reported that:

Kelsey Gillies, 21, was last seen on September 12, 2022, at approximately 1:15 p.m., in the City Road area.

She is described as 5’5”, 90-95 lbs, dark brown hair below her shoulders, and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey Puma sweater, blue jeans and black/ white Nike footwear. She has tattoos of symbols on her knuckles and a rose on her right forearm.

Police are concerned for her safety.
