The Cold Lake RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Donna Cowan-Roasting, who has been reported missing. Donna was last seen on August 18, in the Cold Lake area.

Donna is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion.
