Missing Girl from Rockland, Ontario (Believed to be in the Ottawa area) – Victoria Goodenough, 15 –
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers in Russell are looking for a 15-year-old girl last seen in the Rockland area on Nov. 29.
Victoria Goodenough is believed to be in the Ottawa area.
She has long black hair, is 5’4”, with a small build, with a tattoo of a cross on her hand and piercings in her ear and nose.
