Appeal for Missing Man in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland – Todd Penney, 47

The RCMP NL Major Crime Unit East is in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to continue the investigation into the disappearance of 47-year-old Todd Penney, who has been missing from Happy Valley-Goose Bay since September 18, 2021.

Investigators encourage anyone with information that could assist in the investigation to come forward.

Penney is described as six-feet tall, weighing approximately 154 pounds and has short brown hair. When last seen, he was wearing a ball cap, jeans, a white hoodie and a black coat.

The investigation has included searches by Ground Search and Rescue teams, use of Police Dog Services and searches by aerial drone.
