Missing Man in Toronto, Ontario – Kenneth Pappin, 61.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Kenneth Pappin, 61, was last seen on Thursday, September 23, 2021, in the Kennedy Road and Highway 401 area.

He was reported missing on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.

He is described as 5’8″, with a thin build, brown eyes, short greying hair that is receding and is unshaven.

Police are concerned for his safety.
