Officers from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are requesting assistance from the community as they search for a vulnerable 79-year-old woman, missing from the City of Mississauga.

Maria Theresa Soares was last seen at her residence in the area of Forestwood Drive and Erindale Station Road, Mississauga, on Saturday November 7, 2020, at approximately 9:30 p.m.,

Theresa Soares as she is known to her friends and family, is described as white, just over 5 feet tall, approximately 200lbs, and has short grey/white hair. Theresa speaks both English and Portuguese and will also have some noticeable difficulty walking. While it is unknown what clothing she is currently wearing, investigators believe that Theresa did not take her coat with her upon leaving her residence.

Theresa will appear confused due to a medical condition and as a result both Police and her family are concerned for her well-being.
