My family and I are searching for my nephew, Sean Hart. He is 34 years old and has been missing since November 6, 2020 when he left Seven Oaks Mental Health Facility in Victoria, B.C. where he was living. There have been a few times in the past where Sean has left the facility but only to be found or come back a few days later. He has never been gone this long and we are all very worried. Sean has schizophrenia and he requires medication. We are concerned that he may have made his way over to Vancouver, B.C. which is where he went one of the times that he left the facility. Sean is not combative or aggressive but he has not been on his medication so he may be having delusional episodes. He was last seen wearing black clothing and a white mask which is based on a picture taken at an ATM machine on the day that he went missing.
