The search for missing West Kelowna man, Daniel Snyder is now over.
Turns out Snyder was at a friends house and was apparently completely unaware that COSAR, PENSAR and the RCMP spent the entire day Tuesday combing the Glenrosa area looking for him.
Snyder had reportedly been missing since Monday and the search was set to resume this morning.
RCMP tell Castanet Snyder was located Tuesday night.
West Kelowna RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing West Kelowna resident.
Daniel Snyder was last seen on April 15 just before 6 p.m. in the 1400 block of Menu Road, West Kelowna, BC. Just after 6:30 p.m. Mr. Snyder’s vehicle was located and recovered at the end of Webber Road, Glenrosa where there are hiking trails. Police have not located Mr. Snyder despite extensive patrols and are asking for people in West Kelowna to be on the lookout for him.
Police are very concerned for Mr. Snyder’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.
Description of Daniel Snyder: Caucasian male, 34-years-old, 5 ft 10 in (188 cm), slim build, bald, green eyes, red beard.
He was last seen wearing: dark toque, tan or grey jacket, unknown colour of pants.
