The Regina Police Service reports 12 year-old Kolin NATOWCAPPO, who was the subject of an earlier news release, has been located, safe.

The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.




The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a 12 year-old male.

Twelve year old Kolin NATOWCAPPO was reported missing on March 19, 2019, and was last seen on March 18, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. in the 1800 block of Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.

NATOWCAPPO is described as male, Indigenous, 4’8”, approximately 90 lbs., with shoulder length straight brown hair and brown eyes. NATOWCAPPO was last seen wearing grey pants and a grey shirt. There is no photo available to police at this time.

There is no reason to believe NATOWCAPPO has come to harm; however, because of his age police are attempting to locate him to ensure he is safe.
