Missing Man in Moncton, New Brunswick – Julien Richard, 25

The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 25-year-old man from Moncton, N.B.

Julien Richard was reported missing to police on February 22, 2019. He was last seen in the area of rue Lafleur in Dieppe on February 21.

Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate him, but have so far been unsuccessful.

Julien Richard is described as being five feet nine inches (175 centimetres) tall, and weighing approximately 170 pounds (77 kilograms). He has long, brown hair and green eyes.

He may be driving a dark purple and blue Saturn Astra with New Brunswick licence plate number GTR 112.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Julien Richard is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
