Kien Quoc (Nikoli) LUU was last seen walking in the area of Williams Road and Seafield Crescent at around 2 P.M. on October 16, 2018.
Kien Quoc is described as:

• Asian male
• 17 years of age
• 5’ 6 (168 cm) tall
• Slim build
• brown eyes
• black hair
• last seen wearing dark coloured shorts, a light coloured t-shirt, dark wind breaker-style jacket, silver necklace, silver bracelet
• Speaks very little English
