Geneviève Atsama, 55, has been located and is in good health, Montreal police said Saturday.

Atsama went missing from her Anjou home on Wednesday.



Authorities are asking the public’s help in finding Geneviève Atsama who has been missing since 5 p.m. Thursday.

Atsama, 55, has dark skin, dark hair and brown eyes. She weighs 70 kg (155 lbs) and measures 1.65 meters (5’4″).

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a sleeveless black and brown puffer vest with a hood and fur trim as well as a leopard print beret.

Police said Atsama was last seen leaving her house in Anjou for a walk and has not been seen since.

Her family is concerned because the woman must take her diabetes medication or she could fall into a coma. Police also say Atsama may seem disoriented.
