The Ottawa Police Service is asking for public assistance in locating missing Philipp Derek Drake Doctor, 19 years old, from St-Catharines, Ontario. His family is concerned for his safety.
Philipp Derek Drake is described as a Caucasian male who identifies as Native-Iroquois. He is 5’5” (165 cm), 100 lbs (45 kg), with brown medium length hair, blue eyes, and acne complexion. (view pictures)
The male who goes by the name ‘Drake’ is transient and was last seen in Ottawa in late November 2018. There is no known clothing description.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Derek is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.
