Missing Teen has been located safe.





The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 14-year-old girl from Dieppe, N.B.

Karen Ballantyne was last seen just after midnight on October 11, 2018 on Amirault Street in Dieppe, and she was reported missing to the RCMP the same day. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate her but have so far been unsuccessful.

She is described as being approximately five foot seven and weighing 190 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing black pants, grey sneakers and an aqua green hooded sweatshirt with a Muskoka bear logo.

Anyone with information about Karen Ballantyne’s whereabouts is asked to contact Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
