Missing 12-year-old Percephony White was located in Kingston as a result of social media sharing. She is safe and well and Kingston Police would like to thank everyone who shared the original release and offered to assist.

 


Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 12 year old Percephony White from Kingston.  It is believed she left her residence on Elmwood Drive at approximately 2:30 a.m. on March 14, 2018.

Percephony may speak at a level beyond her age, however she suffers from some mental health issues and in some aspects she functions at an age between five to eight years. Percephony is described as a white female, 5’3”, 137lbs, with shoulder length blonde hair shaved on one side. She did not take her winter coat as is believed to be wearing a thin black leather jacket. She may also have a black and pink backpack and has pink shoes that she may or may not be wearing.
