Ottawa Police have pulled a body from the Ottawa River and say it is that of a missing woman.
Nicole Lenz, a 43-year-old from Ottawa, was reported missing back on February 6th, and was last seen around Carling Ave. and Merivale Ave.
Police pulled the body out of the water near the Portage Bridge on Monday around 9:00pm, and identified it as Lenz.
Police say no foul play is suspected.
Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating a 43-year-old woman who has been missing since Sunday.
Nicole Lenz is described as Caucasian, five feet six inches (168 cm) tall, with a medium build, long brown hair, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a yellow jacket with dark blue shoulders and sleeves, as well as black boot covers. She may also be wearing a turquoise Wind River sport jacket.
Lenz was last seen in the Carling Avenue and Merivale Road area.
