The Regina Police Service is asking the public’s help in locating a 12 year-old female who was reported last seen this morning (Tuesday, October 24, 2017), at 10:30 a.m. on the 2800 block of Dewdney Avenue in Regina.

Twelve year-old Tiara HARPER, DOB: 2005-02-17, of Regina, is described as an Indigenous female youth, about 5’ 7” tall, weighing about 130lbs, medium build, with short black and blonde hair and brown eyes. HARPER was last seen wearing black leggings, and a black hooded sweater, and has scars on both her forearms.

Police do not have any evidence to indicate HARPER has come to harm, however, since she is a young person, there is a concern for her safety and well-being. A recent photo of Tiara HARPER can be found accompanying this release.

Anyone who has seen Tiara HARPER, or knows of her whereabouts, is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.
