Regina police are looking for a missing 14-year-old boy who they said is particularly vulnerable due to a cognitive disability.

Creeden Mosquito was last seen leaving the Social Services building at 2025 Broad Street at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.

Police do not have a photo available, but describe him as five feet, four inches tall weighing about 120 pounds. He has a thin build, straight short black hair and brown eyes. According to police, he functions at a level below his age.

Police do not believe Mosquito has been harmed, but note that he is at risk due to his disability and age and they want to make sure he is safe.
