    Twelve-year-old Tiara HARPER, DOB: 2005-02-17, of Regina, SK., who was the subject of a media release on September 15, 2017, was located, unharmed.

    The Regina Police Service thanks the public and the media for their concern and assistance. This matter is now concluded.

     


     

    The Regina Police Service is asking the public’s help in locating a 12-year-old female youth who was last seen on the evening of Thursday, September 14, 2017, at around 9:30 p.m., on the 2200 block of Victoria Avenue.

    Twelve year-old Tiara HARPER, DOB: 2005-02-17, is described as female, Indigenous, approximately 5’6” tall, light/fair complexion, with short, black and partly blonde hair, and brown eyes. She wears glasses, and is believed to have been wearing a dark blue sweater, black pants, and black and grey runners at the time she was last seen. Police do not have any indication that HARPER has come to harm, however, she is a vulnerable person and police want to locate her to ensure she is safe.
