Mounties in New Brunswick say a 35-year-old man reported missing over the weekend has been found safe.
The RCMP say Roger Howland has been located, but did not provide any other details.
Police said Saturday that Howland was last seen at his home in Harvey around 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Investigators believed Howland may have gone into a wooded area, but his whereabouts were unknown.
Police said his actions were unusual and they were concerned for his well-being.
The RCMP thank the public for their assistance in locating Howland.
The McAdam detachment of the West District RCMP are investigating the report of a missing 35-year-old Harvey man.
Roger Howland was last seen on June 2, 2017 at approximately 4:30 p.m. at his home but it’s believed he may have gone into the wooded area and his whereabouts are unknown from there.
Roger Howland is described as Caucasian, 6′ 1″ tall, 185 lbs with a slender build and has brown “shaggy” hair. He is believed to be wearing a black coat with a Browning logo, dark blue jeans, camouflage pattern ball cap and black work boots.
He just recently moved to Harvey from Mazerolle Settlement. His actions are unusual and police and family are concerned about his well-being.
RCMP Police Dog Services and the York County Sunbury Shores Ground Search and Rescue have been involved in the search.
