Saskatoon police says a 10-year-old boy reported missing Friday night has been located safe.

Police had issued an appeal for the public’s help in locating the boy, who was last seen at around 5 p.m. CST on June 16, leaving his home.

He was found in the 1400 block of Second Avenue N. at around 8:30 p.m. on June 18 when he knocked on the door of a home and asked for assistance.

The Saskatoon Police Service thanked the media and public for their assistance.



Saskatoon Police are requesting public assistance in locating a 10-year-old boy.

Aaron Kakakaway, 10, was last seen at approximately 5:00 p.m. on June 16th, leaving his residence in the 200 block of Maxwell Crescent.

Aaron is described as Indigenous, 4’09” in height, 107 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing red shorts, a dark colored hoodie, a black toque and black Adidas runners.
