Update: May 11th, 2017
On Monday, May 8th, 2017, hospital staff contacted police to report that a voluntary patient of the North Bay Regional Health Centre, Robert Bell, age 69, left the hospital property without their knowledge. Hospital security staff were unable to locate him on the premises and there was concern for the patient’s well-being.
The North Bay Police Service located Robert today. He is safe.

The North Bay Police Service seeks the assistance in locating a missing person. On the morning of 8 May, 2017 Robert Bell left the North Bay Regional Health Centre.
Robert Bell, 69 years of age.

- Short curly salt & pepper hair
- Wearing a black & red plaid long sleeved shirt
- Track pants
- Dark ball cap
- Facial scruff
- Left leg amputated below the knee
- Operating a low yellow wheelchair
Robert Bell is medically frail, and his condition may worsen without required medication.
