Police say they have found a Moncton man reported missing after he drove away from his home Friday morning.

RCMP said in a news release the man has been located safe and sound. They thanked the public for their assistance.



The Codiac Regional RCMP is seeking the public’s help to find a missing 79-year-old man from Moncton.

Eugene Ralph was last seen around 10:20 a.m. on Friday, February 10, 2017, at his home on Fairlane Drive in Moncton, located between Mountain Road and Mapleton Road.

He left his residence driving a gold/brown 2009 Toyota RAV4 SUV, bearing New Brunswick plate GXA 747. Police and his family are concerned about his well-being, as he may be disoriented.

Police don’t know if he is still in the city or may be travelling on the highway.

He is described as being approximately 6′ tall, weighing about 200 pounds and has white hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, navy pants, black toque, and rubber boots.

Anyone with information about Eugene Ralph’s whereabouts or who may have seen his vehicle is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP 506-857-2400.
