A missing teenage girl last seen in Scarborough has been found.
Christina Persaud had been last seen Sunday, Jan. 22 in the Eglinton Avenue and Kennedy Road area.
The 14 year old was described as 5’7” tall, with long black wavy hair and a thin build. She had been last seen wearing a grey-and-white striped sweater, black pants with white stripes, and white boots.
On Monday, Jan. 23, Toronto police appealed to the public to help find the teen. On Friday, Jan. 27, police shared that she had been found, thanking the media and public for assisting with the search.
The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.
Christina Persaud, 14, was last seen on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at 1 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue East and Kennedy Road area.
She is described as 5’7″, thin build, with long, black, wavy hair. She was last seen wearing a grey-and-white striped sweater, black pants with white stripes, and white boots.
Police are concerned for her safety.
